Preheat grill to low. Completely defrost pizza on the counter or on low in the microwave (I used the defrost fish setting). Spray foil with no stick spray. Place pizza on a piece of foil on the grill. Cook on low 10 minutes (pizza crust will rise). Turn heat up to medium-low and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and Preheat the Trager for at least 30 minutes at 500 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the pizza stone is thoroughly heated. Once the pizza stone is preheated, place the pizza onto the stone and close the lid. This will take 8 to 10 minutes to cook. Halfway through the cook, spin the pizza to ensure it is cooking evenly. Transfer to oven and bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread crust evenly with pizza sauce. Top with chicken, roasted garlic cloves, cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until cheese is melted, chicken and garlic are warmed, and dough is cooked through. Stretch the one portion of dough out as best you can into a long triangle or rectangle. (You are NOT shaping your pizza crust yet, so just stretch it out). Take one of the corners and stretch and fold it in towards the middle. Repeat with the other corners, adding flour when necessary if the dough is sticky. The toppings: Be sure to cook your toppings ahead of time—blanch your broccoli rabe, sautĆ© your mushrooms, roast your garlic. Keep in mind, the pizza will cook in 4 to 5 minutes on the grill With the dough on the peel or board, work quickly to slide the dough off and onto the hot grill. Use the tongs to peek and check the underside starting at about 2 minutes. Cook until the side touching the grill looks cooked and has nice grill marks. This should take 2-5 minutes depending on how hot your grill is. First, heat up the Blackstone grill to 350 or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a food thermometer to measure the temperature and adjust it accordingly. Place your pizza dough on the already-seasoned grill and adjust the heat settings to medium-high. You can place the pizza directly on the griddle surface or use a pizza stone. Once you’ve got your frozen pizza ready, it’s time to fire up the Traeger grill. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and make sure the grates are clean and oiled. Then, place the pizza on the grill, making sure it’s centred over the indirect heat. You may need to adjust the temperature slightly depending on the size and thickness .
